Skills coaching is designed to equip your with tools to build inner strength.

Skills coaching can help you:

  • Learn psychological coping skills in a systematic, organized way.

The coaching curriculum is divided into 6 modules of DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) skills.  Each module contains a handful of the most compelling skills fitted to your specific needs.
