If you are stressed, anxious, stuck, or going through a transformative time, you don’t have to figure this out alone. I provide psychotherapy, postpartum and prenatal mental health support, psychedelic integration, and Yoga Nidra Deep Rest Healing practices for people navigating challenging times. This includes new parents, prenatal/postpartum women, immigrants, people recovering from trauma, and individuals seeking integration after psychedelics or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), which is a legal form of psychedelic-assisted therapy. My trauma-informed approach blends modern therapy techniques with yoga-informed practices, offering you a grounded path towards sustainable healing.
