Full Moon Journey

7 Months of Somatics + Jewish Wisdom + Seasonal Rhythm + Community

This is a co-facilitated container for women to gather on the night of the full moon under the open night sky for restoration, re-connection, and a creative, somatic guided healing experience. We gather, we move, we breathe, we feel, we laugh and cry, we sing, we dance, we drink cacao, we pray and manifest, we witness each other, we nourish, we create. It’s simply magical! It’s important to us that every person has enough care and attentiveness, so the spaces are limited.

New Moon Circle

Guided Meditation & Therapeutic Art

This online gathering celebrates the new moon each month in alignment with the Jewish calendar. Each circle includes a teaching and guided meditation around the theme of the month, followed by journaling or intuitive art and a sharing circle.

It is a space to pause, reflect, and enter the new month with greater intention, connection, and care.

Registration for the next New Moon Circle will open soon.

Who These Gatherings Are For

These offerings are for women who want to connect to the seasons of the Jewish calendar and the unique energy of each month. Women who need a break, an oasis of time for yourself to nourish your soul. We are an inclusive space and welcome women from all cultures who are respectful of Jewish spirituality and curious about somatic work.

These gatherings are neither a class nor a workshop, nor a party nor a ceremony. The new moon online gathering is a reflective space for self-connection and arrival into the new month with meaning and intention. The full moon circle is an experiential process-oriented group flow that seamlessly weaves elements from various modalities and healing lineages. If you’ve been looking for a combination of somatic work with Jewish spiritual embodiment and community–this is it.
